Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://montclairbarber.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Redemption Barber Co LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Men's Haircuts, Kids' Haircuts, Beard Grooming, Hot Towel Shaves, Razor Fades provided by Redemption Barber Co LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Redemption Barber Co LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Redemption Barber Co LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Redemption Barber Co LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Redemption Barber Co LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
